Frequently asked questions about Poster on Alu-Dibond
What is Alu-Dibond?
Alu-Dibond is a composite board made of two aluminium cover layers with a plastic core. It is sturdy, flat, weather-resistant and still light – a popular carrier for high-quality photo prints.
Is an Alu-Dibond picture suitable for outdoors?
Yes. Our Alu-Dibond prints are laminated and therefore UV-protected, so they are also suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor use. Direct continuous rain and strong constant sun should still be avoided.
How much does a photo on Alu-Dibond cost?
Posters on Alu-Dibond start from €20.90. A 50 × 70 cm size costs €59.90, 100 × 150 cm costs €214.90. All prices include VAT.
Matt or glossy – which suits better?
Glossy shows colours especially vivid, matt looks calmer and reflects less light. For rooms with a lot of daylight we recommend matt.
How do I hang an Alu-Dibond picture?
We advise you in the studio on suitable hanging, for example with hangers or spacers. You will find suitable accessories on our accessories page.
